1. Acceptance
By accessing https://mcrental.minercore.online, creating an account, listing or renting hashrate, pointing miners at our stratum endpoints, or using Pool Help / Telegram tools, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including crypto-asset and tax rules.
2. The Services
The platform provides two related offerings:
- Marketplace (account required) — list or rent mining hardware / hashrate, manage deposits and withdrawals in supported assets (e.g. BTC, DOGE, LTC, USDC on Polygon), and use escrow for completed rentals.
- Mining Pool (wallet-first) — connect ASICs or other miners to MinerCore stratum hosts/ports and receive rewards under the published pool rules. A marketplace account is not required to mine on fixed PPLNS ports.
Features marked Comming Soon or Public Beta (including Smart Switch) are incomplete, may change, and must not be relied on as production guarantees.
3. Accounts & security
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials, PIN/2FA, and wallet access secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and any mining address you use on the pool.
- Notify us promptly at support@minercore.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks (where applicable), ToS violations, or legal risk, with or without prior notice when needed to protect the platform or other users.
4. Marketplace rentals & fees
- Rental terms (price, duration, algorithm, pool URL) are set by the listing and checkout flow shown in the UI at the time of booking.
- Platform fees and escrow hold rules apply as displayed in Admin / System settings and on checkout. Funds may be held until rental completion or dispute windows expire.
- Owners are responsible for hardware uptime, correct stratum configuration, and lawful operation of their equipment.
- Renters are responsible for the pool destination they configure (including third-party pools) and for verifying hashrate delivery in the dashboard.
- We are not a party to the mining work product beyond facilitating the marketplace and payment rails described on the site.
5. Mining pool rules
5.1 Connection
Username is typically your coin wallet address (optional .worker suffix). Password is as shown on the coin page (commonly x). Incorrect addresses, unsupported coins, or wrong ports may result in rejected shares or unpaid work.
5.2 Fees & reward split
Unless a specific coin page states otherwise, confirmed block rewards after the pool fee are allocated approximately:
- 70% — block finder (according to Miningcore payment scheme configuration);
- 25% — miners proportional to valid shares in the active PPLNS window (difficulty-based factor, commonly factor 2 — not a fixed clock duration);
- 5% — Loyalty Bonus pot (subject to draw rules).
Pool fee percentage, minimum payout, ports, and coin availability are those published on the pool UI / public API at the time of mining. Offline workers may still receive the 25% share portion if their shares remain inside the PPLNS window.
5.3 Payouts
- Unpaid balances become payable when they meet the configured minimum (and any per-miner threshold you set where supported).
- On-chain confirmation times, network fees, node issues, and wallet locks can delay payouts. We do not guarantee a specific settlement time.
- You are responsible for providing a valid address for the correct coin/network. Sent coins to a wrong address are generally irrecoverable.
5.4 Loyalty Bonus
Loyalty Bonus (Bônus de Fidelidade) draws, eligibility (including qualified hours used only for draw entry), pot size, and schedules are as displayed in the UI. They are promotional pool features, not investment products. We may adjust or pause Loyalty Bonus mechanics for integrity, abuse, or operational reasons.
5.5 Fair use
- No share manipulation, difficulty cheating, or protocol abuse.
- No DDoS, scanning, or unauthorized access against stratum, APIs, or nodes.
- We may ban IPs/workers, discard invalid work, or withhold rewards tied to abusive activity.
6. Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency mining and marketplace activity involve substantial risk, including but not limited to: coin price volatility, orphaned blocks, network forks, hardware failure, software bugs, configuration mistakes, third-party pool outages, regulatory change, and total loss of digital assets. Past hashrate, blocks, or payouts do not guarantee future results.
The Services are provided for operational mining and rental facilitation. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a broker, exchange, custodian bank, or financial advisor.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law (including sanctions, AML, or fraud statutes);
- Launder funds or finance illicit activity;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with MinerCore;
- Interfere with other users’ rentals, pool shares, or platform infrastructure;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate the site in ways that harm availability (except ordinary mining clients on stratum).
8. Intellectual property
Site branding, UI, documentation, and software (excluding open-source components under their own licenses) are owned by the MinerCore Ecosystem operators or their licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the Services as offered — not to copy or resell the platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, HASHRATE, BLOCKS, OR CRYPTO ASSETS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to us for the specific paid marketplace service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD equivalent — except that pool mining with no marketplace fee may have liability limited to zero beyond mandatory law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MinerCore Ecosystem operators, affiliates, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your hardware, your wallets, your listings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third parties (blockchains, explorers, Telegram, email providers, payment rails, MiningPoolStats, etc.). Their terms and availability are outside our control.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material marketplace account changes may also be communicated by email when practical.
13. Contact
Support: support@minercore.online. Pool guests may also use /pool/support. Marketplace users may use in-app Support when logged in.
These Terms are an operational agreement for a crypto mining marketplace and pool. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
