1. Scope
This Policy covers the marketplace website, mining pool dashboards and APIs, guest Pool Help forms, and official MinerCore Telegram bots that we operate. Third-party sites (explorers, aggregators, other pools) have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account (marketplace)
- Email, username, password hash, PIN/2FA secrets;
- Referral codes and profile settings you choose;
- Deposit / withdrawal addresses and transaction records needed to operate wallets and escrow;
- Support tickets and messages you send us;
- Admin notes when investigating abuse or payouts.
2.2 Mining pool (wallet-first)
- Mining addresses / worker names submitted to stratum or looked up in the dashboard;
- Share, hashrate, balance, and payout data stored by Miningcore and related services;
- Optional Telegram chat IDs when you register a wallet with the miner bot for offline/block alerts;
- Guest Pool Help submissions (message content, optional contact fields, timestamp, and technical metadata needed to deliver the request to operators).
2.3 Automatically collected
- IP address, user agent, approximate timing of requests;
- Basic server logs for security, debugging, and uptime;
- Cookie / local storage preferences (see Cookies below);
- Operational health probes that check stratum/API availability (do not include your private keys).
We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Never send them to support or bots.
3. How we use information
- Provide marketplace, pool, payout, and support features;
- Authenticate sessions and protect accounts (including 2FA);
- Detect fraud, abuse, invalid shares, and infrastructure attacks;
- Send transactional email (verification, password reset, security notices) and Telegram operational alerts you opt into;
- Improve reliability (logs, backups, monitoring) and comply with law when required.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers. We may publish aggregate pool statistics (hashrate, blocks, fees) that do not identify you by email.
4. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Infrastructure processors (hosting, database, email SMTP, backups, Telegram API) solely to run the Services;
- Operators and contractors under confidentiality who need access for support or ops;
- Public blockchains (payouts and on-chain activity are inherently public);
- Authorities when legally required, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the platform.
Pool listing aggregators (e.g. MiningPoolStats) receive only the public stats endpoints we publish — not your account email.
5. Cookies
- Essential — session and authentication cookies required to stay signed in and use protected pages.
- Preferences — cookie banner choice and interface preferences (for example theme) stored on your device.
You can choose Accept all or Essential only in the cookie banner. Clearing site data in your browser will show the banner again.
6. Retention
We keep account and ledger data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, security, and legal recordkeeping. Miningcore share/payment history may be retained as needed to operate and audit the pool. Backups (including encrypted or access-controlled copies used for disaster recovery) follow our operational retention schedule and are then deleted or rotated.
7. Security
We use access controls, hashed passwords, optional 2FA, TLS on the public site, and restricted server access. No online service is perfectly secure. You must protect your email, passwords, PIN, 2FA device, and wallet keys.
8. Children
The Services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor registered, contact support@minercore.online.
9. International processing
Servers and processors may be located outside your country. By using the Services you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
10. Your choices
- Update profile data in your account settings where available;
- Disable Telegram mining alerts by stopping the bot or removing wallets;
- Request account closure or data questions via support@minercore.online (we may retain limited records required for legal/compliance or anti-fraud);
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact us to exercise them.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
